2006 SKIM ON with Insight, Off with MPVI

OK so hopefully someone can explain this to me.

I upgraded an old Insight CTS2 to an Insight Pro to be able to pull stock tunes before I took the plunge with buying VCM Suite. I pulled tunes from a 2006 Cummins ECM that I'm using for a Fummins conversion. The tunes compare exactly the same except that the SKIM is Enabled with the tune pulled with the Insight and disabled with the tune pulled with the MPVI.

I have not downloaded a custom tune to the ECM before, and AFAIK its a stock 2006 Cummins ECM.

Why would one tune have the SKIM enabled and the other have it disabled?

FWIW I need the SKIM disabled since I'm using it in a stand alone application.

I'm having similar trouble now and Edge engineers are working on it. If I pull a file with CTS I get a checksum error, if I pull it with HPT its fine.
