    Trying to contact HP tuners about registering "new to me" MPVI pro

    Good day, I purchased a used MPVI Pro tuner and I have been trying to contact HP tuners all week via their support email to get set up with an account. Is there any other way to go about setting this thing up or is HP tuners generally slow to respond to their customer support?
