ID850's maxxed out at 10 psi?

Is it possible for ID850's to be maxxed out on an LS3 with a cam and 10psi of boost from a turbo? I finally found some time to start tuning now that the weather has improved and duty cycle is going over 100% when I turn up the boost. I thought I would have plenty of room with these injectors so not sure if something might be wrong with my tune.

    Some background...
    C5Z06 with LS3, 232/240 .629/.629 112+2, rear mount BW S475/83
    ID850's & ECS Stage 1 fuel system
    AEM Tru Boost Controller
3 bar SD OS with DSteck 2.5 MAP sensor

I have a 5 psi spring in the gate and boost controller set to make 7-8psi or 10-11psi. When I started to hit 10psi the car immediately went into REP mode (DTC 1514). To get around this, I ended up scaling the tune by 50% (reduced IFR & VE, and adjusted spark tables). Now it has no problem making 10 psi, but wideband is going lean around 5,000 rpms (3rd gear) and AFR is not responding to VE changes and inj duty cycle is going past 100%.

Don't most people just keep increasing the 1514 table untill they stop going into REP mode?

That way you don't have to scale anything. 10psi isn't that much really and on pump gas you shouldn't be outflowing them.

2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I tried that and read that the ECU can only handle 2.32g. I'd prefer not to scale, but that did fix the issue with exceeding the airflow.

Fuel pressure / regulator being used?

injection timing is the only other thing that will help get the pulsewidths and DC back down...
    2010 Vette Stock Bottom LS3 - LS2 APS Twin Turbo Kit, Trick Flow Heads and Custom Cam - 12psi - 714rwhp and 820rwtq / 100hp Nitrous Shot starting at 3000 rpms - 948rwhp and 1044rwtq still on 93
    2011 Vette Cam Only Internal Mod in stock LS3 -- YSI @ 18psi - 811rwhp on 93 / 926rwhp on E60 & 1008rwhp with a 50 shot of nitrous all through a 6L80

I need to get a FP gauge and see what it's doing. Not running a regulator, just the factory filter/regulator. I'm thinking I may have to change the connection point where I T-d the ECS pump into the stock line. I think it should be connected at the filter.

does scaling the tune cause your IDC to rise since you are cutting the IFR in half? You would think then that might make your true DC of 100% read at 200% and 100% only read 50% of what the injectors are actually capable of, idk just a thought. 10psig shouldn't be over 2.32g. I would go back to a non scaled tune max your p1514 table log it and copy and paste it to the tune and add 10% then you can smooth all the areas you couldn't get to in the log. Also I would get a Fuel pressure gauge on it asap to check that your not running out of pump or have a restriction.

I've fixed the issue....I had the fuel block t'd into the wrong line and it was just pushing fuel over to passenger tank and not to engine. Hooked it up at back of filter and now all is well. IDC is now around 70% with 10/11 psi.

Btw- I did try maxing p1514 table and that didn't do anything. Would still go into reduced engine power mode. It was seeing more that 2.32 g.
