Tuning a friends 2000 Silverado 1500 and it was completely bone stock at the time, tune wise. We could be going down the highway and I would command a gear with the scanner and it would downshift and you would see the rpms jump up a bit then just stay down. The TCC slips -1000s. Like it will not engine brake at all.

Is this normal for this year of truck or is something wrong. It doesn't slip under acceleration.
