Went from 350 vortec to HT383e need to change cylinder volume constant

I swapped engines to a larger displacement,...350 vortec to HT383e and I know I've got to change the cylinder volume in my 0411 but, can't seem to find where to make changes in VCM Editor.

Under the help page, it says it should be located under the general tab,....I've looked everywhere in both Editor and Scanner, but can't seem to find it.
