DBW compatibility questions, red/blue to blue green swap possibly

Starting with a 03 truck (should be 03-06 metal backed TAC/pedal right?) wanting to run TBSS intake, and a oem 4 bolt TB. What is the easiest way to do that? Swap to 01-02 all plastic TAC module, run Caspers $60 adapter harness with silver blade LS2 90mm TB?

Its a red/blue PCM now, if wanted to swap to blue/green for E85 flex fuel, would you still want to use that TAC module, or do you have to leave factory one and have to use XLink adapter and gold blade TB?

Are there any other ways to go about this? 87-90mm TB would be ok but 90 prefered

The calibration in the PCM must match the TAC. If you have a green/blue pcm and want to use the TAC module from a C5 so you can use the LS2 silver TB you can simply flash a 2004-2005 CTS-V tune into the PCM since that is the TAC module they used.

The truck calibrations are all wacked. I wish we had access to all of these throttle tables because it'd make bricking these PCM's alot less prone.

With the B/G pcms that came in trucks, they used the later TAC that wasnt compatible with the silver TB at all correct? I try not to do drive by wire anything so Im not well versed in what had what works with what.

Basically figuring out whats best financially way to go from 78mm 03-05 truck and intake to 87-90mm TB on TBSS for these guys (vs $450 in xlink and TB). Can you flash CTSV engine segment in and does that keep flex fuel capability and 3 bar OS capability?

I guess if you wanted to swap blue/green PCM into Vette, you would have to use CTSV engine segment if you wanted to keep your TAC module/silver blade 90mm TB
