car idles very funny we ported the throttle body, despite many failed attempts to fix this issue. i need someone to point me in the right direction.
the log above shows the tps stay the same but the rpms go up to 1k+ stay there then drop down ,

the car wont log etc effective area or etc vacuum.

    checked for vacuum leaks [none]
throttle body does make a click at idle when it compensates for the rpm difference.

Have you looked at dashpot decay rates

yes but dont think the car uses those tables since it has torque decel switch enabled!

There is a switch that you have to flip to disabled to turn off the default "Torque Based Decel" logic. Then it will use the Dashpot functions, but I believe you would have to populate the functions.

i would adjust your torque tables

log indicated and driver demand torque and see variance

the ported TB is most likely the culprit, it may require some additional tuning than what is required for a stock TB truck. If you have a stock Tb to test with, put it on and see if symptoms continue. if you don't, then you will want to do what Sultan said and start working on your torque and inverse tables. Chances are the ported TB has thrown them off...

Torque tables are a good place to start.

Are you sure there are no vaccum leaks? LTFT at idle is a pretty good indicator. Bank 1 is also consistently leaner than bank 2 based on fuel trims.
