Im trying to transfer the data from the spread sheet to the tune on my 2001 fbody. The info on the spreadsheet for the injector offset manifold vacuum is in multiples of 10 and the tune has multiples of 5. Do you just use what you can and interpolate between?

That is exactly correct. Copy and paste all of the 10 values, and then just interpolate between the 2. This is the correct way.
