Weird delay in throttle opening

hi

there is a slight delay in throttle opening , I have attached the log file with

commanded throttle actuator
throttle position
accelerator pedal position

car is 2008 corvette , 2 bar SD OS.

any opinion why it is doing this ?

Is it something that recently started?

it was the rev limiter, somehow the engine was exceeding the rev limiter while pressing the clutch (maybe because of inertia).
