Quick logging question on 2016 Hellcat

I looked, so apologies in advance if it's been asked 100 times already.

Can I log my factory PCM without it being sent in to be unlocked?
I'm just curious about AFR at WOT and KR, simple stuff like that.

My concern is sending the PCM in and having my warranty voided. My car has about 800 miles on it and some of these have been experiencing SC bearing failures in bone stock config.
