Base idle tuning issues. PLEASE HELP!!

Hey guys. I have a procharged 2015 Camaro SS and just did a DOD delete and cam swamp but having issues getting it to idle good. I have recorded a data log and picked up some dtcs but not sure how to post them yet.. can email them to anyone willing to take a look and help

to upload a file:
1- go into advanced mode.
2- click on 'attachment', this will open another window.
3- in the top right corner of that window there's a button that says 'add file' click on it
4- click on 'choose file' and select the file you want to upload, the click on 'upload'.
5- when you're done selecting the files you want to upload click on 'insert line' then click on 'done'

I'm still brand new to the tuning stuff. I will look over the thread. Procharger already has it tuned with SCT tuners so I'm just trying to figure out how to adjust my airflow and spark

I'm also get DTC codes:

P0352- Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit (permanent)
P0354- Ignition Coil D Primary/Secondary Circuit (permanent)
P0356- Ignition Coil F Primary/Secondary Circut (permanent)
P0358- Ignition Coil H Primary/Secondary Circuit (permanent)
U0100- Lost Communication With ECM/PCM A (permanent)

Ok so the grounds are good. Could a intake manifold leak cause these codes due to a vacuum leak?

I wonder if I messed my computer up because I did end up arcing my ground strap on the header... a few times
