If there is nothing under the OS tab to upgrade too, then your computer does not support a OS change.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
...or it has already been done...In the Editor, hit the icon that looks like a piece of paper with a blue dot/white i under the COMPARE and check CONTROLLER in the window that opened and see if the OS is like xxxxxxxxxxx -------> yyyyyyy
