File for 99 vortec 5.7 manual c1500 OS 9365085

Looking for a stock file from a manual truck so i can compare settings and what not. I have the engine in my 77 nova with an lt1 t56, i have ran into an issue were it has very bad revhang, holds 2000rpm for about 3 seconds in between shifts. I want to figure out how to stop this from happening.
PCM and engine are from 99 gmc yukon 1500

Id'e be checking throttle follower i have a 97 5.7 5 speed silverado 411 pcm swapped. I have to tinker with the throttle follower a little. its been a while since I messed with it so I cant tell you exactly what I did.
