    P1516 tunability on P59 ECM

Is there any possibility of getting some tables added for P1516? this code has become very troublesome when trying to operate a larger throttlebody on this operating system. Any blade movement at WO causes immediate REP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's going to be very difficult. The TB is controlled directly by the TAC module and we have no access to its programming.
It doesn't matter what you do to the PCM, if the TAC isn't happy it goes REP. You can disable everything TB related to the tune and the TB will go REP and won't open, no codes will show but you still get no power.
Aside all technical difficulties, giving access to TAC programming involves a safety liability so only people with knowledge should have access to the tables.

is it a p1516 code or a trans code setting it off?

It's related to throttlebody only. I would like access to it. Just would be nice to expand the range a bit where the code is enabled due to TPS variance.

reason I ask is, the REP is not always related to the engine in terms of codes.

I am 100% positive there are parameters in the OS that affects sanity checks and pedal vs throttle. As a test on a 2005 CTS-V we tried flashing an engine segment from a Flex Fuel Truck/SUV but copied all the currently available throttle/pedal tables back to the original CTS-V tune and the throttle response was noticeably different despite the TAC module being the same. This tells me there are hidden parameters in the background that are different between the CTS-V and Truck/SUV pertaining to the ETC system.

The P1516 stuff is there. I've had it added in some of the Tuner CATS definitions years ago for a similar situation. You'll have to put a support request in and hope HP Tuners can get to it for you.

I get that but the REP issue I am speaking off is nothing new and a known problem in this application. This isn't just REP specific it is about the couple codes that kick REP including P1516 when the PCM sees the TPS move off of 100% when 100% is commanded. I wanna say its at like 97-98% that it will kick REP.
