E38 engine swap questions- No MIL or No error reported?

I am working on a 5.3 swapped into an RX-7. Also swapped to a T-56. In the Engine Diagnostics? DTC's section, should I select No error reported or No MIL for the components that no longer exist? Also, I will be doing a SD tune. Should I let the MAF fail by selecting MIL on first error, on No MIL?

    Thanks in advance!

MAF needs to be on first error along with setting the MAF fail high hz to 2hz. A rear o2 sensor for example can be 3 "no error reported".
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
