NOOB trying to tune Open Loop MAF- E38 2007 4.8 Silverado in a swap

The MAF now works. Now I can MAF tune it. right now, its a mess. The ECU is from a 4.8 Silverado. The engine is a 5.3 that has been cammed. AFR's at idle are 17:1.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And fuel trims are maxing out, 50%+

That thing needs some major rough adjustments to the MAF table

With the MAF now working, I forced into open loop and started logging AFR error at idle. When I started, my AFR's were pegged at 17:1 and it didnt even want to run. After a few rounds of copy and paste, 1/2 % at a time, the idle is much better and the AFR's are pretty much matching what is being commanded.

Please take a look and let me know if im heading the right direction.
