05 mustang, gt500 pumps, exhaust ant P1SC procharger kit, tuning issues

new to the ford side of HP, have a customer with procharger diablo tune on a 05 GT mustang with a manual, has a cpl running issues but more so wont complete IM rediness test and they wont correct their tune so starting from scratch, anyone else been here? have good driveability at this point but not sure what tables to use to richen up under heavy throttle and boost, lots of conflicting information

any help would be awesome to a Ford newbe

log the maf v and apply changes to the table as needed. also adjust the stabilized open loop table to what you want as a target. There is a lot of items required prior to tuning it like the anticipated WOT air charge etc etc
