Dyno results show strange torque values

I finally got the Mustang on the dyno today. 399hp and 380ft/lb peak. HP peak was at 6200 and torque peak was at 5000rpm. Whats strange is that once peak torque occurred, the toque fell off at a really high slope to zero. This is a naturally aspirated engine that displaces 5.0L (from the factory 4.6L) so I have to wonder if the torque tables have to be touched? I have the max power value set to 2. AFR was solid all the way through the pull and I wasn't logging any spark knock.

My engine torque table shows a peak value of 396 ft/lbs, so I'm wondering if the torque and inverse tables need to be adjusted?

Here is the dyno graph. Notice how fast the torque drops. I have to be hitting a limit somewhere.

Don't think I have ever seen a dyno curve like that. Your torque literally plummets after 5k

torque and HP axis values are different on the paper, tq has a much shorter scale than hp and rises and falls more quickly, they are not a linear relationship like that.

I'd be more worried about your two huge dips.

Cams locked out? How about a full mod list intake manifold, cam spec, what exhaust ect.

Post up the tune file and a log...

check timing in your log in those two large dips, torque is affected huge by drop in timing. post a log and tune like he said ^

Torque is not falling to zero, look at the axis labels. The plot is not forced to equal TQ/HP scales so they won't cross as 5250 as you might expect. Looks perfectly normal to me.
