Mustang 2014 tranny swap

Hello.
We are swaping a mt82 tranny and now the swap is ready we are working on the pcm. First we tried with the automatic pcm and manual harness. I disabled on transmission/general/automatic with no luck. It wont start. We could fire up manually on the starter motor.
Any advice will be very helpfull?.

In the manual harness the pcc is not wired (50 way connector c-33 pin). Is there a way to avoid that without ground that pin?.

My bad....wrong pin. Found it.
