FRPP/Whipple supercharger on 13' Strategy

Has anyone ran the FRPP/Whipple 2.3 kit using their stock GT strategy? I really don't feel like licensing a Roush tune or repining my ECM for the charge temp sensor. Find it easier to just split the MAF IAT and avoid both licensing another file and repining the ECM.

I made a base tune using the Roush stage 3 parameters. MAF will still need to be calibrated and i'm sure torque tables with need some modding, but i'm thinking this should be a pretty good base tune.
