Looking at your log, it shows for me so one of 2 things could be your issue
A: your stft/ltft histogram is set wrong. Which you said you've logged it before so I assume it's correct. So it's likely...
B: connect car to scanner, go to vehicle tab, select "repoll for supported parameters" and then start your log. It should show then.

Must be doing something wrong. I ran this first log until engine temp was over 150* but still LTFTs did not log. On the second log back in May I did nothing and they logged. Maybe something has changed in 3.2??? I really do appreciate all your help!

Yes. Your Graph is set up to plot against Manifold Absolute Pressure, which you are not logging in your Channels. In addition, Fords do not typically use MAP as a table reference. You need to configure your Graphs to mimic the table you are trying to adjust and the axis that you need to plot against must be present in your channel display. The Channels are your primary table. If it isn't in the Channels, none of the other Graphing, Gauges, Tracing functions will work.

Beat me to it electech, assuming it's a coyote, you need to be logging maf sensor period and rpm, follow the link I posted exactly and make sure your logging it in your channel list and you should be good to go!

It's a 2013 GT500.

You need to be logging MAF Sensor period not MAP

Can't seem to get the column axis parameter to match the one in the link.
Column axis is blank, no need to log rpm just clear rpm from column axis and the values for row axis need to be what's in your maf period table from your tune just so your aware.

Still don't seem to be getting a reading. I do have my Period table now. Sorry for all the problems but I do appreciate the help I've gotten from you guys!

Okay so I believe you have your maf numbers transfered, and I told you wrong, you do need rpm
