Looking for Someone / Shop to Tune Truck in Dallas / Fort Worth Area

I have a 2006 F150 that needs to be tuned badly. I'm looking for someone in the DFW area that can tune this truck. Truck has the 5.4 3V engine. We had problem with engine last year, replaced engine and put the locks in the cam phasers. I had a guy come out and tune the truck last year, but problem was he turned off pretty much all the emission fuctions. He used HPtuners. To me, the guy didn't know what he was doing. Truck runs ok, but falls on its face between 2500 to 4000rpms. Looking for someone to help me out here in the DFW area and redo the tune.
