Lambda vs maf Error Flex Fuel

So I want to set up a lambda error graph I have found this thread http://www.performancetrucks.net/for...lambda-524099/
but what I am wondering is when setting up the "Commanded Lambda" - [PID.6001]/Stoich since I am using flex fuel do I have to redo this every time my fuel changes? Also the stoich listing go from 87.5 to 93.75 what if I prefer to run +- 90%? is there and easy way to do this that will always be correct? like a "AFR Commanded/Stoich Commanded" type of setup? if this has been covered, I'm sorry I searched...

You're doing it wrong. Forget about AFR, use equivalence ratio.

    A. Use V3 or newer and you don't have to worry about this. You just log commanded equivalence ratio and what is reported IS commanded lambda. Directly.. Nothing else needed. It just works. Log your wideband in lambda also and automatically an "EQ ratio error" parameter works. No setup needed.

    B. If you're dead set on using 2.24 then forget about using AFR. Use equivalence ratio for this. On some vehicles it will be < 1. In those cases.. Use it directly. If it's > 1 (most gen 4 vehicles), then setup a user defined parameter for lambda that is lambda = 1 / commanded EQ ratio.

    And that should do it!

Thank you. I think I figured it out. At lest it looks right to me. :-) When I'm looking at the graph for %error should I be concerned with the min and max or just the average? It seems to go +/- a lot (15%) but the averages are mostly within 3%. I've attached a log (sorry it's so long). I would like to ensure my setup is correct before I make any changes...

Use averages and a little common sense to make sure you aren't getting major swings from decel or anything like that.

I haven't used 2.24 in like a year, so .cfg files don't help me much

It's easier and faster to use/log with once you learn it. Lots of little bugs everyone just got used to in 2.24 are fixed
