Anyone else having problems with calibrating tire with New Update

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems calibrating their tires with the new update? Once I updated (when they came back with the vin number editing) ever since then every time I input a tire size and gear ratio and push adjust, it says a totally different number then what I actually put. I was just wondering if any of you guys are getting the same problem and if so any fixes? Or am I the only one? Lol. Thanks in advance!

I have seen issues with the Tire/Gear wizard. A few were corrected and related specifically to an OS/year IIRC. Latest was on a 2003 Silverado and Trans revolutions/Mile values. The values represented closer to a 4:10 rear instead of the 3:73 actually being tuned. I use the Bluecat tool to develop baseline shift points and work them before entering into my tunes and noticed a difference.....by accident. I triple checked the results with EFI Live and saw Live and BlueCat agreed. Submitted to support and got back a response stating "Unfortunately the calculator isn't always perfect, it typically will get you in the ballpark but you might need to manually adjust the individual tables further in some applications.". So now I double check and go with the 2 out of 3 winner :-)

Speedo giving you issues? Sure did me but figured out a quick fix. Get it close, get out on highway and start a GPS unit of some sort. Get to 100kph on vehicle Speedo and then record what the GPS says your doing. Change the tire height by your percentage error and your left with a perfect Speedo. Adjust shifts and pressures from there.
