    2011 silverado 4.3 V6 tune

ok so I have done some modification to the file on my truck and I think I have reached the limit of the stock file. it a 100% stock truck wit just a K&N drop in filter. I cant find nobody that will even look at my tune that's local in my area. if any body could give me some pointers on what else I can change and how that would be great.

You can still adjust PE settings if you wanted too.

They are still stock. The 5,100 rpm delay is still present and so it the 87% throttle it takes to enter PE and the enrichment ramp in rate is very slow. You can lower all those values if you want and it'll enter PE mode quicker.

2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

Engine > Fuel > Power Enrich.

You must be in advaned view to see every table. You can switch to that under the edit tab.

I just sat back and went to searching and found those tables. rpm is now 0, ramp in is now 2.0000, and rpm delay is now 0.

good information you gave me. granted its only a 4.3 v6 in a 4600lb truck but I know it has way more in it than factory. its not that much limited but with some advice and the little knowledge I do have it can perform better. thanks for the help. I have a custom intake being made for it right now that I will be installing soon.

I'd still leave some rpm delay and use your foot and the MAP KPA to enter PE.

Like 60% throttle, 2,000 rpm delay and either the stock 55 kpa or raise it to 70ish but that's just me and how I like it.

Just know that if you install a larger intake tube or change the position of the MAF sensor, you will have to retune the MAF curve. There really isn't going to be a gain by switching to a larger intake, your motor couldn't outflow the stock one as it sits now.

ok so I think ima try 50% throttle and 1,500 rpm and 70 kpa and see how that does. just got to remember its a v6 I don't care about and need more throttle than the v8 does to get it to move better. if I still don't like it I may just reduce it till I can get it to were I like it. I do live in centeral eastern fl so its reall hot out and I have bad heat soak right now. I'm actually fighting really high iat at this moment which I know is not good at all.

the intake tube is a 3 inch tube which is stock size and the maf is mounted to the air box so that's not changing. I'm trying to just get a little better air flow and nower those iat's. I'm also going to wrap the tube to keep the heat off it.

this is what I'm working with intake wise. I'm installing a more free flowing tube that's the same size.

5fdp what can I set the stall torque mgt at? can I lower it or raise it or just leave it at enable 1800 and disable at 1600 rpm on boath? its made a world of difference changing the pe table like you said.
