Cam tune A4, car likes to die in reverse

So I just put in a Howards Cam 226/232 on 112+4 that i got new for a steal on craigslist. I bumped up the idle airflow and set the timing at 28 degrees at idle, it seemed to like that the most. Ive done other tweaks as well. Car runs pretty good but does have a few issues. Almost always when I put it in reverse, the car will really idle down and want to die. In drive is not horrible, but it will want to die there occasionally too. Also im getting a little bucking around 40 mph in overdrive. Nothing terrible, just annoying. I was wondering if someone could look and see what I should try adjusting. It feels like ive tried lots of stuff.

    Thanks

Have you started re-tuning the VE and MAF tables for the cam change with a wideband??

That would be the ideal place to start.

I did a couple runs tuning the VE with the narrowband sensors. I also tuned the maf during a couple runs and it runs really close to the commanded AFR at WOT. I do have a wideband hooked up for me to look at while im driving but it doesnt play nice with hptuners for some reason.

While vehicle is idling log Idle Adapt (STIT) LB/HR or Gs/S vs coolant temp. Adjust Base Running AirFlow in both park and gear till this number is Zero every time it comes back down to idle. Having your Base Running Airflow dialed in helps a lot.
