Idle RPM rises when VSS is spun

I have a 2013 Buick Regal LHU engine in a standalone application and my vehicle speed sensor is on a front wheel. The car idles at a nice 800 RPM but if I spin the front wheel by hand, the idle goes up to 1300 rpm until the wheel stops. What do I adjust in HPT to change this?

Have you changed any of your idle tables in HPT? You post up a tune file and one of us on here should be able to help out.

But to answer your question, it is going to be in your Idle tables. Most likely Base Idle, Rolling Idle, Rollback Assist.

I went through those tables and couldn't see anything that would cause that, but I'll look again

I know the LSJ's had that, the car would high idle when rolling and come back when stopped. It's designed to ease clutch wear from what I can tell, less drop off of RPM during shifting. There was no way to disable it on those old PCMs, but it didn't really bother anyone when actually driving.
