2010 escape 3.0l v6 pcm type??

have a customer with a 2010 escape 3.0 wanted to see if i could tune it

running the newest version 3.0 downloaded today it wants a pcm type before it will read

any idea what this vehicle is?

Same problem on the 2011 escape and mercury mariner. I sent logs in like 4 months ago and still can't open the file.
