It shows this vehicle is supported but would not pull the tune, i didnt take a pic of the error, but it is same one you get when the ecm is not supported. Did the change the ECM between 2011 to 2012 Escape? Could this have been built with a different ECM?
email support with a pic of the error & an infolog while connected to the vehicle in question.
