    Changing Strategy in a copperhead

I have a 2012 GT with a Procharger that I am about to start calibrating. Everyone is always talking about how much better the Roush strategy is. I have never used it but I would like to try on this tune. I found a 2014 Phase 3 calibration from this forum and would like to try it. I have the 2012 stock file licensed, will I need to license the 2014 file and then after I load it in the car will it require another license because of the vin/calibration change. This happened to me on a GT500 that I was just playing with, 100 to license the GT500 another 100 for the other GT500 license and then it required me to license the new strategy, vin combo. Is it worth doing all of this or just stick with the 2012 file?

    Thank You

This thread should have more info for you. There are a few post of people posting how strategy changes work. You can flash another file with the strategy you want even if the VIN is different, but will need to license that file.
