I would like to put an OS that enable RTT in my module. What I am thinking is that it is not available for my module...I have P59 Gen III module with blue and green connectors. In the editor when I open the OS tab the only custom OS available is the 2bar and 3bar. What am I missing?

It's very possible that RTT is not available for that computer.
Also if you are running the lastest 3.0 build that is out, RTT does not work with it. Only 2.24 can use RTT currently.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
If it doesn't say RTT next to it it means its not available for your application.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
