Tip in is caused by a rapid throttle increase. Tip out is the opposite.(These are for smooth power delivery with less chance of knock, both good) Bkt is borderline knock table. That means the knock sensor is saying more timing than the table will cause knock so use that value. ( this is good). Driver demand limit usually means the values in that table are higher than the values in the table it request load from. You are going to need to log and apply corrections to your torque and inverse torque tables.

This is the best method I've seen so far.

The issue is i never took my foot off wot but it was doing the tip in several times while my foot never moved, i also set the tip in to not pull any timing at high loads by changing the loads around and 0 out at high load but it still shows its active at over 1.0 load. then it shows it in exhaust temp under a limit but i have it disabled.

Try lowering your cyl air wot multiplier and raising your max load desired airmass to something like 1.6 or so and see if it makes any difference at all....

The ECU will interpret perturbations in airflow that exceed the tip-in threshold limit as an actual tip-in event, even if the driver isn't asking for it. Try increasing the tip-in thresholds and see if it helps. Try zeroing out all tip-in retard as an experiment.
