    Strange Speedometer readings

Helping "tune" standalone 2013 Buick 2.0 Turbo engine in race car. With no VSS signal hooked up Vehicle speed (SAE) channel will show 158 MPH and Speedometer will show 53. Vehicle is NOT moving.
    Attached log file 3.0.
Slide over to 16.20 to point Vehicle Speed jumps to 158.
It's approximately the same time the alternator starts output voltage.
    Note Speedometer shows 53.

No speed sensor is hooked up, and vehicle is not moving.

The real problem is getting a VSS attached and working.
We have manual inline 4 speed with speed sensor. as well as 3 wire proximity sensor and 2 wire magnetic pick up.
I can make them work on my 2012 Cruise 1.4 VCM, but not the Buick.

OK, there seems to be several separate channels you can log.
    1. one is vehicle speed (SAE)
    2. Trans output shaft RPM (could be transmission driven VSS device)
    3. undriven wheel speed.
    4 driven wheel speed

The 2013 Buick wiring diagram shows a transmission speed sensor output, and also where these 3 wires enter the PCM. we are attching the signal to that point in the PCM. It doesn't work, but we're still trying.
There has to be MANY people that know more about this than I do. HELP.
