07' Corvette, Help with SPEEDO and VATS

so I did some experimenting due to smaller tires, the "VSS Output PUlses per" corrected my speedo, but now my Cruise Control and Speedo don't match. The "VSS Tire Revs Per" seems to have some connection between Cruise and Speedo, but thought I'd ask before wasting time just guessing



Also, in my 07', if I apply the 2 VATS dissabling features what will that do?? Will it make it start regardless of if there is a FOB or not?? Or will it do nothing on keyless cars? This is an off-road track car, and sometimes the FOB malfunctions, so disabling it could be desirable.

no one experience with this? Can you disable VATs/FOB in a C6 with HPT????? Mine works most of the time, but sometimes the fob is very finicky.
