New to tuning, first log of car... thoughts?

First off Ive been reading up and going through various guides and books. But I am still very new to the tuning game. My car was previously tunned and I decided to take things into my own hands so to speak. Here is a Log with the current tune on the car with the MAF off. So any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated.

    The car is a 2006 GTO A4
    Ported LS2 intake
    Vararam OTRCAI
Full length headers no cats to flowmaster 40 series
    Taylor spark plug wires
    Circle D 3400 Stall
Custom Ground Comp Cam .222/.230 duration .596/.572 lift 112+2 LSA

It's seem's quite good. Couple things should be little worry. You have knock retard couple situations. It is possibilities that means nothing but you should be check it. In your place can be many types casoline whic one u use? higher octane is better.. Take new long log variously situations and send again.

    Do you have a wideband?

You do have a bit of knock retard.. so I'd try to get that in check first. Do you have a copy of the tune?

Fuel trims aren't perfect, but we've all seen worse. It's running rich down low, lean up top. Can't tell anything about WOT without a wideband.
