How to tell if a file is Drive by Wire or Cable?

    Hello,

I'm trying to help a guy out with a unique combo, 5.3L with drive by wire throttle body, 4L60E tranny in a 1985 C4.

How can you tell if the file is cable throttle body or drive by wire? Where in the file does it say it?

I've attached 2 files that are in question.

    Thanks in advance....

    Bill

Exactly which one tells you its DBW or DBC? and does ETC stand for Electronic Traction Control in this table?

    Thanks
