I've converted my 94 Firehawk LT1 to an LS1 24x COP ignition using an EFI Connection kit.I have a PSI harness using a #411 PCM from a 2001 Tahoe. I loaded an initial tune from that same vehicle. I've loaded it with the HPtuner Speed density OS and made the changes required for the conversion. Those include, reassignment of the injector table with one from a 2001 Express van and changed the firing order. I set the injector flow rate to a flat 42# since this has a vacuum operated regulator.
The problem I'm having is, it won't start! See attachment.
