    Conversion 5.3L Torque management issue

I have a 1980 malibu here with a 2007 Tahoe 5.3L swap with a TH350 behind it. It seems to have an issue at WOT around 4000rpm that the torque management or something is kicking in. I have gone through everything I can think of to turn it off to no avail. I am including a log and the file. The strange thing is that the first time after loading a file in it, it's fine and revs clean all the way through the power band, but if you turn the car off, and try it again the issue is there.

Sorry guys, forgot to load the file that had the break up, that's the "Basex2" file.

Narrowed it down to the Neutral or Park rev limiter. Vehicle sees no Vehicle speed, so the computer should be reading either the neutral or park rev limiter tables. Factory values are 4000rpm, and I have tried to change it but it remains active at 4000rpm. Raised the table from 6200rpm to 7000rpm, rev limiter kicks at 4500rpm now instead of 4000rpm.
