Hesitation and pop under heavy throttle take off

When I get deep into the throttle I have a bad hesitation and a pop before it takes off, wether it's from a roll or a dead stop anybody know what causes this?
10'ss mods 278/297 .625/.625 cam, lt headers no cats, cai, pulley, tb spacer
Also it's an auto with tm disabled. Also disable tc with no difference.

fueling issue, either your o2 sensors are bad or your enrichment needs to be adjusted (MAF curve)
