Attachment 43675No matter the temperature, on startup the car will surge. After the initial surge bypassed by throttle and slowly lowering TPS to zero it will idle perfect. If you rev it, the surge begins again. This is until you drive the car, once you drive it for about 5 mins, the problem goes away.

I fixed it. RAF was good, I had to adjust the proportional rpm and the airflows in the tables if anyone has this problem.
