N00b Here.. Can someone look at my tune?

I am having three issues.

1st - Car runs lean at WOT

2nd - Car (for lack of a better word backfires or misses under hard acceleration)

3rd - Car surges in 1st and 2nd gear when idle trying to go below 25 MPH in a residential

1999 TA/LS1
P/P 241 Heads with 2.02 Valves/dual springs
LS6 Intake
Pacesetter LTH/Pacesetter ORY
P/P Stock TB
CAM - 228/230 564/562 112LSA (5.3 degrees of overlap)..its what I have for now.

You don't need to be commanding 11.7 for PE on an NA car.

Your Open Loop EQ Ratio table is high, your secondary VE doesn't match your Primary VE, as nodnarb said, your PE EQ ratio is high and your car's running lean so you obviously have a lot of tuning to do there...
