LS6/4L80E combo

I have tried searching for three days now and can't find anything on my combo.

Here's what I have...
LS6 engine, TAC, PCM with OS 12592425 all from the same 2004 Z06 corvette (manual tranny)
4L80E (late model 2WD) Rev maxx 3200 stall 9" converter

It's going into an 85 Monte Carlo SS. I have installed everything and she runs. I have done the wire swap at the PCM to convert from a 4L60 to a 4L80.

What I'm trying to figure now is will I be able tune the PCM to run the 4L80E with my DBW LS6? If I can't tune it, what will I need to do?

I'm a Gen 1 engine type guy and this is my first conversion. Any help will be much appreciated!

Would I need to do an LS1/4L80E OS and then tweek the engine settings to match my LS6 settings?

I cant help with the DBW, but Ive got a 2001 Camaro computer running a 4l80e that Bill did a segment swap for me. runs like a charm

OS12592425 is a 2004 Corvette OS - this OS was not used by any trucks - so there is no compatible 4L80 segment to swap in.

Would recommend using a 2003 Corvette OS - OS12587603 - this OS will work with your existing Corvette APP and TAC, and this OS was used by trucks equipped with the 4L80 - so there is a compatible segment to swap in.

I'm probably ignorant on all of this, but I can't find a 2003 vette OS12587603 in the BIn repository. I tried searching the web and can't find any. I could find stock OS12587603 used on a 4.8L truck. I have found a stock .bin file for a 4L80E with OS12587603.

The only other thing I can think of is to try to have a dealership flash my PCM with OS12587603.

Am I way out in left field with this???

My apologies for leading you astray - that OS is actually an early 2004 Corvette OS - not a 2003 Corvette OS - never type when tired.
