    OSmod locked

    I need a little help stock file is lost and need to return to to a stock OS. I tried downloading a file from repository and changing VIN and tries to get me to license it was a 12221588 OS to start with

    This is a custom operating system, definitely not a stock file.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Yeah I know it's a COS I want to return it back to a stock OS and don't have the stock file

    You might be able to find a mail order tuner that uses our software that has a stock file that can flash you back to stock for a small fee.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Well I have hptuners and my cable is licensed to this ECM.

    You are basically SOL if you lost the stock file, there is no way to revert a file back to stock OS. This is why it is very important to keep the original OS file safe.

    Problem solved i had a copy of the stock file emailed to me and was able to put it back to stock. Thanks for the help guys
