new to tuning :)

hi i have a 2009 g8 gt, it has a 6l80e, the car itself has 3 modes for the trans, drive, sport, and manual. when tuning the trans how can i tell which values change the drive mode or the sport mode? is there a cheat sheet or anything out there, anyone who knows alot about tuning these g8s please pm me a number to talk toyou in person , thanks

For the G8's:

Shift mph
Normal is Normal mode,
Pattern A relates to Sport mode
Pattern B doesn't control anything
Tap Up/Down refers to Manual mode.

Shift times
Normal related to Normal mode
Special relates to Sport mode

For the pressure patterns:
X relates to Normal mode
Y relates to Sport mode and Auto TUTD
Z relates to TUTD Manual.
