Will not validate license

I just read the file from a 07 canyon and paid to license it but when I went to flash it it will not validate license. What do I do?

I'm having the same issue and was sent a link to update my software and it still didn't work with the updates.

I've already paid for the license for his truck and he's now 10 hrs away from me.... My card wouldn't go through on the second truck and the owner paid for the credits with his credit card. What should I do about the guy that's 10 hrs away from me? I'm out $100 and the other guy may be out of $100 as well if we cannot figure out the issue.
