2006 ion redline iat2 help

Im trying to read my iat2 sensor while I drive and im from the 3800 comunity. For some reason this is being very difficult. I have a log and when I set up the histogram all it reads is -40 degrees on all the cells ive been in while driving.

Any help is great Thanks

Still not having any luck with your car I see post a log of the car.
