    80lb lsj need help now!

ok so trying to dial in these 80LB injectors and we had it running fine at idle, smooth as it gets with low ltft and stft. my friend went for a cruise and changed some maf values and now its not idling good..so switched it back and still runs horrible.....need some help now so i can get it running good this weekend. im tired of chasing values...im obviously missing a step somewhere.

    will post tune file soon...

Did you put the correct injector values in? If you did you shouldnt need to change the tune much at all.

Are you running a LS4 TB? If not, drop that ETC Scalar back to 2950 (or w/e stock is, I forget off hand if that isn't it.) Ive found that can make the idle wacky too with 80s.

Bring the idle target back down now too since you shouldn't have to try and raise it to help the hunting anymore.

You can also drop the Idle Spark Base down a bit

Clear the short pulse width adder table. That adder was used by the guy who made the 60lb tune way back in the day. Also where did you get those injector settings?

ill bring all those back down and yes it has a ls4 TB on it. i dont really see the gain of having it especially when the lnf TB flows 500whp. and the flwo numbers are based off of the injector rating. i had to custom make a set of flow numbers i garuntee they are not correct nor perfect but thats what it took to make the ltft and stft get close at idle.

is there even a significant gain with the LS4 tb? I mean it gets more flow, but is the headache worth the gain?

I just don't want the 3" zzp intake I bought to be a waste by being restricted by the stock TB

Theoretically the bigger TB will make more power on the blower since its under vacuum in that area. Where it wouldnt make much of a difference in a normal turbo setup.

I would go with injector settings and your fuel trims are pretty far off also. Your injectors are only use 0.3% injector at idle thats why the car wont idle. Are you on pump gas or E85?
