If you guys like loud, go with a set of Corsa's out the rear and go to a custom exhaust shop to have 1 simple mod performed. Have your specialist remove the mid length sound resonator, and install a shortie X-Pipe in it's place. You will experience a HUGE bump in torque. Like I said though, your car WILL be loud and proud though. That's what I did.
Gray Ghost- The abomination. 2007 Chevrolet Silverado CCSB. 98mm turbo, nitrous, 428LSX, Rossler 80E with a brake. Finally finished. 23 psi, no numbers, Slow as hell.

PBM G8- Aluminum 364, twin Precision 67/66 turbos, 6L90 trans swap, CTS-V/Vaporworx fuel system, slowly making progress.

Dads 2011 CTS-V- Stock bottom end, stock heads, LS9 cam, pullies, ported blower, ported TB, D3 goodies, and lots of nitrous.

Already done!! I had the Magnaflow X-pipe and it was too loud so I had a Tru-X Muffler put in and gained a huge amount of torque and made it livable . I have Magnaflows Mufflers out back. You can checkout my Youtube page if you want. Lookup Mrschmidthead.

Sounds good! Now, lets set those Idle Airflow tables down a little bit and drop the return to idle timing. (Based on the Youtube sound clip the TB's are not closing fast enough. Idle is hanging.)

I went with corsa, and when i got it welded on, i had the welder remove the resonator...and oh man... that thing was loud with a straight pipe. I'll have to try that X pipe as well jamie! I'll check and see if corsa makes one

Corsa does not make one. Only Borla and Magnaflow have one with a True X-Pipe built in and I am not sure if the Borla will fit because of size.

P.S. I am a Corsa, Borla, Magnaflow, Bassani, B&B Exhaust, Flowmaster, and Dynomax dealer..........

Here in my town, there's a shop called Willson Header. He custom makes every single exhaust and intake piece by hand, and he does State of the Art work. Dude is a master.

Can you tell me the exact tables I need to find and what should I do to tune them?

Reduce the highlighted numbers slightly until when you rev the car it returns to idle swiftly.

    I'd say go -.05 at a time.

If this proves ineffectual, reduce idle timing by 3-5 degrees.

I have to get in on this discussion. I'm looking into changing the 02 millivolt switching table to get it to cruise leaner than 14.7. Anyone tried that?

Wonderful. If you go too much it will most likely surge when you rev it and it falls back to idle (TB's closing too fast)

He has been doing it for Ford Cobra's for some time now. He is getting into the Cadillac Northstar now.

Back to my tune. I have not done anything as far as engine tuning yet just some Supercharger stuff. Still waiting on the Intake. Spectre has them in hand and doing Quality Control. They should ship to me next week.

    More info on pulley please!

I also Zero'd out my Auto TCC lock up tables in 4,5, and 6th and I set 2,3 to 20 as I saw in the Tranny section for the 6L80E.

On a side note- I should have pics of the intakes tomorrow. They are going through Quality Control in the morning.

I prototyped my "stage one" intake tonight. Piece of cake, 45 minutes. Tomorrow I'll bead roll the ends, weld a maf pad on it, and weld a locating tab on. $300 please, ha.
