    I have used this for some issues that were on one cyl or three cyl.. helped idle and part throttle studder.. light load/cruise.. also after changing injectors..

    VCM Scanner > Connect, do not scan > VCM Controls (ON OFF 100% button) > Special tab

    You can do the Cylinder balance with engine going and idle, suggest you read through the proceedure in your help file as some actions need to be performed rather quickly.
