no skipped mph's in chart display scans

is there anyway to increase the resolution so that when you drag between 2 mph points in the chart display that every mph in between is included in the scan ?

this would be very useful when doing 0-60 ,0-100 , 60-100 etc... using the elapsed scan time at the bottom of the chart screen to verify/quantify improvements in performance

some scans wont register above 0mph until moving 2mph skipping 1mph alltogether or will show 59 & 61 mph - but you cant get it to show 60 mph when you know it had to be doing 60 at some point in time between 59-61

I know I am not the only guy on here using this elapsed time feature as a timer - the cobalt guys post about 60-100 results frequently

the scanner displays every frame of data received from the PCM. If the vehicle speed changed by 2 mph in the time of one frame there's nothing we can do about that.

Use a taller gear. I have an 08 A6 Corvette. I can put it in 3rd paddle with the converter locked at 25 mph. I get almost every mph read. In second gear lit will skip 4+ mph in multiple some frames.

Comparing exact frames I can get a pretty good idea of improved performance with changes going from about 25 mph to about 120 mph all in 3rd gear.

8850 you need to keep in mind you are using a pcm that can get 40fps, he's using one that gets between 5 & 20 max fps.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
